Return Policy
How returns apply to a digital consultation service with no physical product.

1. No physical returns
The website sells an online consultation service, not physical goods. There is therefore no product to package, ship back, exchange, or return after delivery.
2. Before the consultation
To change or cancel a booking, use the rules in the Refund Policy. One free reschedule is available at least 24 hours before the meeting, and eligible cancellations receive a full refund when requested at least eight hours before the meeting.
3. Service problems
If the service was not delivered, materially differed from its description, or had a significant provider-side technical failure, contact contact@vikash-sharma.com. The issue will be reviewed for rescheduling, re-performance, or refund without limiting statutory rights.
