1. Service provider

This website and the consultation service are provided by Vikash Sharma, based in New Delhi, India. Questions or complaints can be sent to contact@vikash-sharma.com.

2. Consultation service

The paid service is a 60-minute Factory & Digital Manufacturing Consultation delivered online through Microsoft Teams. The fee is INR 3,999. The final amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown before payment.

The consultation provides professional observations and recommendations based on information supplied by the customer. It does not guarantee a particular commercial, operational, financial, or technical outcome.

3. Booking and payment

A displayed slot is not confirmed until payment is verified server-side and the calendar booking is finalized. Payments are processed by PhonePe. This website does not collect or store complete card, bank-account, or UPI credential details.

If payment is received but the booking cannot be finalized, the matter will be reviewed within one business day and resolved by rescheduling or a full refund.

4. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds

One free reschedule is available when requested at least 24 hours before the meeting. A cancellation requested at least eight hours before the meeting qualifies for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If the consultant cancels, the customer may choose a full refund or rescheduling. Full details appear in the Refund Policy.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, booking, and payment-reference information.
• Join from a suitable device and internet connection at the scheduled time.
• Do not submit unlawful, confidential, or third-party information without authority.
• Do not misuse the booking flow, reserve excessive slots, or interfere with the website.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, articles, branding, and original materials belong to Vikash Sharma. They may be viewed and referenced for lawful personal or business use, but may not be republished or sold without permission.

7. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss arising from the purchased service and will not exceed the amount paid for that consultation.

8. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer forums having lawful jurisdiction, including those in New Delhi where applicable, may hear disputes. Contact the Grievance Officer, Vikash Sharma, at contact@vikash-sharma.com; complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month.
