Shipping Policy
How the online consultation and meeting access are delivered.
Effective 23 July 2026
1. No physical shipping
No physical goods are sold or shipped. Shipping charges, delivery couriers, tracking numbers, customs duties, and return-shipping costs do not apply.
2. Digital delivery
After payment is verified and the booking is finalized, the customer receives a Microsoft Teams calendar invitation at the email address provided during booking. The invitation contains the scheduled time and meeting link.
3. Invitation not received
Check spam, junk, and calendar folders first. If the invitation is missing or incorrect, contact contact@vikash-sharma.com with the booking reference. Do not include payment credentials.
4. Customer requirements
The customer is responsible for supplying a working email address and having a compatible device, browser or Teams client, audio connection, and reliable internet access.
